For 15 years this 747-300 was the queen of skies for the Brazilian airline Varig as one of their flagship aircraft. She retired in the Mojave desert last being operated by Southern Air. In 2015 the retired airframe was purchased by Big Imagination and is being designed into an art vehicle for Burning Man. Part of the aircraft has already been an art installation at Black Rock City in 2016, and BIG is logistically preparing to transport the second half.

Cut and engraved directly from the skin of a historic Boeing 747 decommissioned airplane, this limited edition, one-of-a-kind Plane Tag has been resurrected from its time in the clouds to live on as a versatile and practical memento.
